REFUND POLICY:
100% if cancelled within 30 days of reservation; 50% if cancelled within 15 days of reservation.
In addition to the quoted rental rates, the following taxes and fees will apply:
Required 12% Sonoma County Transient Occupancy Tax [Applies to Nightly Rate and Cleaning Fee]
2025 Required Cleaning/Linen/ Supply Fee – $645.00
[A full professional cleaning including laundering of linens and replenishment of supplies is necessary after each booking.]
Damage Protection Fee: $89.00
Health or Evacuation Order
If a health or evacuation order is enacted affecting our ability to host you, we will cancel your reservation with as much notice as possible and fully refund your payment. In all other cases, the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will remain.

These policies apply only to bookings made directly through the River Queen website or over the phone, and not to bookings made through 3rd parties.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations up to 15 days before check-in.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to: services@riverqueenmonterio There is no partial refund for early departure. We cannot refund 3rd party service fees or taxes under any circumstances.
