 An enclosed sun porch overlooking the back decks and the River – with three separate seating areas – runs the length of the great room and the dining area. 

 The main entry is on the upper of two levels.

 King bed on the upper level with it's own bathroom. The primary bedroom overlooks the River.

  The lower level has two separate bedroom suites, one capable of sleeping four people, and the other capable of sleeping three people. Another full kitchen, a pool table and flat screen 65" TV,  rounds out the lower living area.
